Chris has spent 25 years in technology and over 20 years in real estate. He is passionate about enabling high-productivity and reducing costs in the work place – using rigorous, evidence-led methods to provide spaces that people love and in which they can be happy. Blending his background in mathematics (in which he holds an MA from Cambridge University), music (playing piano and guitar), tenacity (most recently tested in his marathon running) and curiosity, Chris often finds himself in unanticipated and unexplored territories, and this is where he feels alive. He is an award winning public speaker, leads Chaucer’s Global Workplace Practice and also consults independently as Serendipity29.
